Omaha Design District
Does Omaha need a design district? If so, what does a design district need?
On March 2, 2017, a handful of influential community members participated in a discussion regarding the opportunity of a Design District for Omaha, Nebraska. On March 3, 2017, the community was invited to review an investigation of precedent and context into the idea of a design district in Omaha, Nebraska. Then, they added their ideas.
The event was a collaboration between Design Alliance Omaha, Omaha by Design, and HDR. This was just the beginning of the conversation. If you’re interested in participating, email your questions (and answers) to info@designallianceomaha.org.
