get as many people bought in along the way as you can
pushback yes, confrontation no
we are here for the cause
in the search for what’s possible, know what is

bring to the table what needs to be brought
the process can be adjusted, it’s okay
no one is the smartest person in the room
there are times to speak, listen, write, and refrain
it’s the people, then the work, don’t worry about externalities
